Shipping & Exchange Policy

At The Noble Candle Company, each candle is handcrafted with care, making every piece unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for a new item within 30 days of delivery.

We ship both within the United States and Internationally. Orders over $99 ship free. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding major U.S. holidays. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays or after 6:00 PM EST.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or modify orders that have already begun processing. If you need to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us directly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If this occurs, please contact USPS directly for assistance. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


Processing Delays

Please note that during peak times, such as holidays or new collection launches, order processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.
